Our involvement ranges from building a business operationally to supporting it as a shareholder or on the advisory board.
We invest in early-stage startups, with a focus on food. At this stage, hands-on operational involvement can make a real difference. From building KoRo and working with other companies, we know many of the questions that occupy young teams. That experience helps to spot mistakes early and to weigh decisions in product development, purchasing and organisation more carefully.
With established companies from 10 million euros in annual revenue, our focus is on restructuring and introducing digital processes. We look at where workflows tie up time and resources unnecessarily and simplify them in a targeted way. We contribute our experience with AI solutions and help assess which applications make specific tasks easier. In long-established structures, implementation is often the hard part. This is where our own operational experience comes in.
